Spears’ character promised to provide whatever information Ridge needed about Bill for anticipated, future battles.
That offer seemed destined to twist the Bill-Ridge battle. But instead of Justin’s first assignment being connected to his former friend and boss, it is about Quinn and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor).

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – What Ridge Forrester Does Not Know
Eric withheld the full story from Ridge, as it is very personal and, to be honest, is not his son’s business. Ridge, in considering his own decisions and his wife’s take, is convinced that Quinn has bamboozled Eric into staying married.
In reality, Eric is the one who decided the Queric is still alive. He knows about Quarter and has decided that Quinn and Carter’s connection is healthy.
So, Justin appears primed to supposedly discover Quinn and Carter’s bond and report back to Ridge. But the real reveal will not be Quarter’s existence, but that Eric is wise to and endorses it. This sets up Ridge as the bad guy, rather than Quinn as the villain.
