In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, Kaye said that Eric thinks that his wife is irreplaceable. The actor seemed to be implying that Eric’s excuse for his “arrangement” is that he cannot lose Quinn under any circumstances. However, Kaye teased that Quinn is replaceable. So, we have to wonder if that was a clue of what could happen next.

There are two options when it comes to Eric’s future love story. He could rekindle his romance with Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareise), who has repeatedly stated that she’s still in love with Eric. There are also some fans who believe that Eric and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) could end up getting together.
It is stated that during the week of September 27 that Eric and Katie continue to strengthen their bond. Eric also confesses to Katie that he has ED, which is a pretty private thing to share. Although Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) wants Katie back, there is no guarantee if she will reconcile with him or not.
