General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, March 29 reveal that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) gives Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) an update. Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) tries to help Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Meanwhile, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has a chat with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright).
General Hospital Spoilers – Victor Cassadine’s Discovery
GH spoilers reveal that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) has Spencer convinced that she could be pregnant. However, Esme refused to take the pregnancy test when he asked her to. Instead, Esme has been trying to manipulate Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).
In Tuesday’s episode, Spencer will confide in Victor. As fans know, Victor seems to have taken a liking to Esme. So, we will see how he gets involved. Plus, the preview clip shows Esme still talking to Nikolas. It appears that Esme might be getting to Nikolas as it is stated that the situation begins to look up for the young villain.
GH Spoilers – Helping Trina Robinson
Everyone is shocked that Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) is arresting Trina. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) tried to tell Jordan that it wasn’t Trina but Esme that committed the crime. However, Jordan can’t ignore the evidence and right now, Esme has successfully implicated Trina.
In Tuesday’s episode, Ava will be emotional as she tries to help Trina. Ava says that there has been a terrible miscarriage of justice. What will Ava do to try and help clear Trina’s name? Also, expect Jordan to have a conversation with Laura Collins (Genie Francis). Jordan tells Laura that there is another piece of the puzzle that she needs to be aware of.
General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos’ Concern
General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday reveal that Sonny will reach out to Carly. The former couple talks about a situation. Sonny is concerned and it is teased that after his chat with Carly, the mob boss could take matters into his own hands.
We know from the weekly preview that Sonny seems to confront Esme and try to get her to tell the truth. However, will he be successful or not?

In Tuesday’s episode, fans can expect Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) to pay a visit to someone. Sam asks a person who is off-camera what they are doing there. Since Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) just moved in with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), that must be who Sam is talking to.
Plus, Harmony will ask Alexis if she’s made any decisions that she needs to know about. Alexis is already starting to get suspicious and could wonder if she’s made a huge mistake.
