General Hospital Spoilers: Violet Wants Anna Devane Back in Her Life – But Can Finn Get Over the Presence of Peter August?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) misses Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and wants her back in her life (and in the life of her father).
When little Violet Finn’s father, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) takes her to ice skating lessons, he doesn’t bargain on running into Anna Devane. As always, the sparks between these two GH characters fly and Anna strongly hints that she wants to mend their relationship. However, Finn is honest with Anna and lets her know about his conversation with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). He tells Anna, “I told him I moved out because I don’t trust Peter.” Of course, he was referring to Peter August (Wes Ramsey) who is Anna’s long lost son.
GH Viewers may be rooting for Finn and Anna to reunite as much as Violet is. However, it looks like the cards are stacked against them.
General Hospital Spoilers – Peter August Warming Up To His Mother
Peter August has slowly been warming to his mother whom he used to hate. For her part, Anna desperately wants to believe good things about her son. The more she learns the more she becomes distraught. Telling Finn her trouble and doubts has done her no good. From the fact that Peter ordered hits on Drew Cain (Billy Miller) and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth), to killing the hitman he originally sent to kill them, Peter’s whole presence in Anna’s life disturbs him.
GH Spoilers – Hamilton Finn’s Single Dad Issues
Moreover, Finn’s single dad issues are bad enough. However, now that he knows Anna’s suspicions regarding Peter too, he is determined to keep Violet out of harm’s way. He insists she stick to the law, and if she knows anything regarding Peter, she should tell it to the police. But, Anna isn’t having any of it. The dispute between them causes Finn to take Violet and move out to the Metro Court.

General Hospital Spoilers – Violet Finn’s Needs
Understanding Violet’s needs and her love for Anna just makes things harder for Finn. Combined with his own feelings for Anna it’s all he can do to stay away. Responsibility, however, is the order of the day. As he expressed to Chase, his duties as a father will always take precedence over his personal desires for love and marriage.
In the end, Finn probably won’t be able to get over the presence of Peter in Anna’s life. GH fans may then find themselves asking why Anna is so willing to risk the family she could have with Finn for a relationship with a “son” she never knew she had until recently, and for whom she harbors deep suspicions.
More importantly, if Anna is willing to sacrifice Finn and Violet in favor of Peter, Finn will need to ask himself how deep the connection between he and Anna was in the first place.

I want Anna and Finn together but not as long as she protect peter he has to go if Anna can’t see what peter is about maybe she don’t deserve Finn need to bring Hayden back for her daughter I’m sure violet miss her mommy too even though she loves Anna
Anna is smarter than this- I don’t like that they are making her this gullible. And poor Liesl- she is the one who lost her son and she continues to get dumped on- she is not innocent but she has lost the most and it’s sad that Anna is looking for any excuse to give Peter a chance so When he finally goes down, it will be more horrible for her. They really need to bring Hayden back I like her best with Finn.
Anna and Finn can be together again. I can understand that Finn wants to protect Violet. Peter has made many mistakes with the current one of framing Liesl. Liesl may not have committed these crimes but she has committed crimes in the past to the ones that Anna loves including kidnapping, torturing, and nearly killing Peter. However I believe that Finn does not have to worry about Violet being around Peter who has never once been shown to be threat to a child. He kept Liesl from finding Wyatt in the cabin and helped him decide to remove his tonsils. Peter was a comfort to Charlotte when Nina and Valentin did not get married and he tried to stop Valentin from taking Charlotte because he knew it would not help Valentin or Charlotte in the end. Peter baby sat for Rocco alone. Peter delivered James and has been living with him and Maxie. Peter just met Emma and Robin told him that she would only allow her children to know him if he was safe to be around. I want them to finally make this situation right. I want Anna to be right to be there for Peter and for her to be happy with Finn. I want Peter to be with Maxie and James. I want Liesl to be alright so that she can be with Maxie and James still. I hate this whole mess and want them to fix it. I want Peter to finally be put back on a better path.
