“Law & Order: SVU”: Little Chanel Came For A Visit

Ice T’s wife, Coco Austin, recently posted an adorable behind-the-scenes photo of when she and T’s daughter, Chanel, visiting the Law & Order: SVU set.

She hopped on Instagram recently, and shared a video of Chanel, sitting in a director’s chair, behind the camera. The little girl also got to sit at the desk of another of the show’s lead stars, Mariska Hargitay (Olivia Benson).

The post’s caption read, “Oh no @babychanelnicole is taking over @nbclawandorder!! Watch out directors, camera men and even Olivia Benson’s spot! Don’t sleep on this chick! She does it all!”

“Law & Order: SVU”: Stars Chime In & Comment

Of course, Coco narrated the IG video, warning hubby Ice T to stay on top of things if he wanted to keep his job, by saying, “Behind the scenes, Law & Order, someone’s trying to take daddy’s job.”

The video also showed the “Capt. Olivia Benson” nameplate on the desk, which was replaced with “Capt. CHANEL”.

Hargitay took the time to comment on the Instagram post, stating, “Thank God, somebody’s holding down the fort!”

Ice T and Coco Austin got married in 2002, and the couple welcomed their daughter in 2015. Looks like the happy family enjoys time at home and daddy’s workplace!

This fall, Law & Order: SVU will be celebrating its 26th season, first debuting on television in 1999. Its premiere date is set for Thursday, October 3 at 9 p.m. ET.

The show was the first Law & Order spinoff for the franchise. At the age of 66, Ice T is a long-time cast member, entering the series in Season 2.
