General Hospital spoilers for Monday, November 4, 2024, are finally here! In the next episode, fans can expect Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) to revisit their past.

Sam McCall’s Death Fallout
GH spoilers for Monday, November 4 reveal that word is spreading about Sam’s unexpected death. Sam was recovering from surgery and was doing just fine.
Then, she suddenly turned while and that was it. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) assumes it’s a heart attack, but it does have a very odd feeling to it. Will the autopsy report show that there is something off about Sam’s “heart attack?”

GH Spoilers: Goodbye & Grief
There will be fallout surrounding Sam’s death. In Monday’s episode, Danny Webber (Asher Antonyzyn) tells Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) it’s his job to look out for Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante).
Meanwhile, Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) tells Scout he promised to always be honest with her. Over at the hospital chapel, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) emotionally tells Laura Collins (Genie Francis) that Sam’s death is his fault.
It seems that at least one of the kids will start acting out following Sam’s death. So, that could open up some new dynamics and storyline possibilities.
Supporting Dante Falconeri
General Hospital spoilers for Monday, November 4 reveal that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) does his best to support Dante through his grief. Dante emotionally admits to Sonny that he doesn’t want to live without Sam.
Also, Alexis has a special request for Molly and Kristina.

On Monday, November 4, Robert and Holly revisit their past. Could this end up affecting Robert’s romance with Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy)?
Also, Jason Morgan (Steven Burton) tells Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) that they have a friendship because of Sam.
There will likely be some kind of funeral or memorial services for Sam. I can’t help but wonder if Sam’s autopsy will keep her in storylines for a while longer, though.

When is Robert Scorpio going to retire…….he looks awful
Dante of course is devastated, as are Rocco, Scout, and Danny. Lulu will miraculously awaken, and Dante will either leave town with kids for a while, or he will realize that he never stopped loving Lulu. Sonny will take them all to the island to grieve, and heal a bit from their loss.
Drew will probably take Scout “away” so the she can heal, plus if they are ousting him from ELQ, Zhe kind of won’t have a storyline since he and Nina stopped hooking up.
Kristina of course will make it all about her. First losing the baby, and now she’s lost Sam. Alexis will start drinking again, so there’s that. Molly will dig to find out more about what happened to Sam.
Carly will try her best to comfort Jason, so she sleeps with him, and inevitably realizes that she’s in love with him, and has been all along.
On another note: It’s looking to me like they are getting ready to age the rest of the girls, since they have aged almost all of the boys already.
They have already not shown little Donna or Avery in almost a year, and they have sent the talented and sweet Violet away, so sadly by next summer, they will have all new teen girls.
So anyway, that’s MY take on Sam’s death. We already miss you Kelly❤️
Dante can only leave with Rocco as Scout and Danny are not his and he has zero custody of them
Not looking forward to anything anymore. Done watching GH is absolutely terrible now, good riddance
