Days Of Our Lives Rumor: Is Thia Megia Leaving – Will Haley Exit Salem?

Rumors have been circulating that some characters may be leaving “Days of Our Lives.” Thia Megia, who plays Haley Chen, is reportedly exiting the show along with Casey Moss’ JJ Deveraux. The said departure may take place early next year. Megia, Moss, nor the showrunners have not confirmed the speculations.
Other “Days of Our Lives” cast members have also been rumored to be leaving the canvas. Another one on the list is Kassie DePavia. She’s reportedly finished taping her final scenes for the show.
The sudser shoot scenes six months in advance, which means viewers still have some time to enjoy DePavia’s performance before she leaves the soap, if the rumors are true. Brandon Barash has also reportedly finished taping his last scenes.
Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Other Characters Will Be Returning To Salem
On the other hand, Billy Flynn is returning to the show as Chad DiMera and his onscreen wife, Abby Deveraux, played by Kate Mansi, is also set to return on a recurring capacity.
Stacey Haiduk is still filming her scenes and Arianne Zucker may be sticking around the show. Lastly, Robin Strasser is also heading to Salem as Vivian Alamain, and she’ll be on the show for a 15 episode arc.
Thia Megia is a Filipino-American singer and TV actress whose parents immigrated from Pampanga, Philippines. During her younger years, she joined singing competitions and sang the national anthem for the San Jose Giants and San Francisco 49ers games. She has made appearances on “Showtime at the Apollo” and “Kid Star of Tomorrow.”

She also appeared on “America’s Got Talent” in 2009 and managed to reach the quarterfinals. She got to perform at the David Foster and Friends concert in California and was the first AGT contestant to reach the voting rounds on the tenth season of “American Idol.”

She was also a part of Lisa Lavie’s collaboration video “We Are The World 25 for Haiti” (YouTube Edition), a charity for the victims of the Haiti earthquake back in 2010. She also had her first concert at Le Petit Trianon Theatre in California back in 2010.

Yes and No. Haley is beautiful and has talent. DOOL is in a rut, leaving the oldtimers. DOOL has a group of “off springs” but they are limited. She will be missed, for about a week.

No, not at all! Haley was just a useless pawn for NBC’s political propaganda story… She is not central. But I don’t want JJ to leave… I’d sure rather have JJ around than ABBY! Kate Mansi is really hard to watch, such poor acting… Billy Flynn is really good, tho, so hopefully there’s way more of him than of Abby… (unless she’s had acting lessons while gone). And why are they resurrecting Vivian? She died, and if it’s not Louise Sorel portraying her, it’s just plain wrong! (Strasser’s great, but it’s wrong!) Also, WHY is Brandon leaving?! He & Camila as Stefan & Gabi are absolute DYNAMITE together! Great chemistry and acting! I’m sorry to see Eve go, but they’ve painted her character into a corner… At least they’re not killing her off, so Eve (& others like Chloe, Rex, etc.) can always return at a future point… Speaking of returning: BRING BACK PATCH!!!

FolKs can say a lot of things about Kate Mansi, but to say she can not act is an outright lie. She won an EMMY for her portrayal of Abby on DAYS. HER PERFORMANCE WAS BRILLIANT AND ELECTRIFYING.
