Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers suggest that Nurse Whitley (Kim Coles) seems loopy, yet harmless. But is she? While kidnapping Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and pretending to be his wife Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) is insane, she seems to genuinely care for Salem’s mayor, and the last thing she wants to see is Carver get hurt.
However, as Abe’s memory continues to get triggered, could the nurse turn violent?

DOOL spoilers hint that Abe will find something “upsetting” from his past. As the days (pun intended) continue to progress, it is likely that Carver’s memory could be triggered, which would be bad news for Whitley.
Many Days fans are comparing this arc to the Kathy Bates flick, Misery, about an author who is “rescued” after a car crash from a nurse who is his “biggest fan”. The lady is super nice, yet kind of creepy, at first, but then becomes violent and controlling as time goes on.
It’s clear that Whitley is unhinged. Her obsession with cats, the lies she’s telling to keep Abe from his wife and family, not to mention how she’s manipulating Carver now. But the truth is, she doesn’t seem like the type that could “hurt” him.

Still, it may not take long for Abe to realize that Whitley is not Paulina. Maybe another news report flashes during his soap opera, showcasing him and his “real” wife, together. If Carver questions the nurse and her intentions, she could get triggered and turn violent. Abe is in a very vulnerable position and would be weak to her powers. Not to mention the fact that Whitley is a nurse and can likely access a variety of medications that she may use to manipulate Abe’s ability to be independent and hinder any progress with his condition.

I looking forward to see how Abe is rescue on DOOL. I also am anxious to see what happens where Megan is concerned. I’m anxious to see what is going to happen with Collin. I am hoping that Eric and Nicole find their way back together once the paternity of the baby is discovered to be Eric’s.
