Sad news for Victoria Konefal, who plays Ciara Brady on Days of Our Lives, after a missing family member has been found dead.

It was recently reported that Victoria Konefal, who plays Ciara Brady on Days of Our Lives, had been searching for a missing member of her family. Sadly, her missing aunt, Czeslawa Konefal, 76, has now been found dead.

Victoria’s aunt, Czeslawa Konefal, 76, suffered from dementia and recently went missing from home. She was last seen at St. Stanislaus Church in Humboldt Street, Greenpoint on February 9th. Due to her dementia, the family was distraught and trying to find Czeslawa. Regrettably, she has now been found under tragic circumstances.

According to reports, Czeslawa had been found lying dead in the water close to Kosciuszko Bridge and the shoreline of Newtown Creek. She was regrettably pronounced dead at the scene.

Konefal wrote to say her aunt had been found, but that she, unfortunately, didn’t make it. She thanked everyone in New York who had searched for her, shared the missing person’s poster and prayed for her aunt, for everything they have done to help her and her family.

Victoria mentioned that many of her fans had actively searched for her aunt and had messaged her to let her know. She wrote that while she hasn’t been able to respond to all the messages, she acknowledges and thanks to her fans for taking the time out of their lives to try and help her and her family.
