General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that baby Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) may have been a gift by Madeline Reeves (Donna Mills) to Lorraine “Harmony” Miller (Inga Cadranel) when Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) gave birth over twenty years ago. This should be revealed in upcoming episodes of General Hospital!
General Hospital Spoilers – Phyllis Caulfield Was Not Present At Nina Reeves’ Childbirth
General Hospital viewers will remember that Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) was not present at Nina’s childbirth, which would have had to be by caesarian section since she was unconscious and in a coma. Phyllis was, however, tasked with delivering baby Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) to her adoptive parents, Frank Benson (James Patrick Stuart), and his second wife, who has never been named in Florida.
General Hospital viewers will recall from recent episodes that as Harmony was sitting with Nina in Charlie’s Pub, discussing Harmony helping Nina fight for visitation of Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) Harmony was spooked when Phyllis came over and recognized her as her old work friend Lorraine Miller! It turns out there was a very good reason for Harmony to be rattled – she is holding a years-old secret regarding the circumstances of Willow’s birth and Nina’s friendship with Phyllis terrifies her! It seems that Willow was separated at birth from her fraternal twin, Nelle – and Harmony knows the truth and doesn’t want it to come out!
GH Spoilers – Madeline Reeves Was Likely In Cahoots With Lorraine Miller And Hid The Fact That Nina Reeves Was Carrying Twins
General Hospital viewers may wonder if Phyllis was caring for Nina during the time of her coma and during her pregnancy, why she wouldn’t have known that Nina was carrying twins. Ultrasound imaging has been available since the 1970s but likely wasn’t widely used – however, Madeline would have had Nina’s medical power of attorney and if any were done on Nina, she would have been given the ultrasound photos.
General Hospital viewers can expect that Madeline was likely in cahoots with Lorraine and already planned to give her one of the twins while putting the other up for adoption through her illegal baby broker. Madeline could have also sold baby Willow to Lorraine and Douglas Miller (uncast character) but it seems unlikely they would have been able to come up with that kind of money with Lorraine working as a nurse and Douglas’ employment status unknown. But viewers will see that when Phyllis talks about old times in Charlie’s Pub with Harmony, Madeline and Harmony were pretty close back in the day, even though Harmony will deny it!

General Hospital Spoilers – Willow Tait Once Recognized Nina Reeves’ Necklace
General Hospital viewers will remember that Willow once recognized Nina’s necklace, or she seemed to think it looked familiar; Willow had also spoken another time about her mother not caring about heirlooms, so it could have been possible that Harmony threw her half away. Yet, there is still a mystery regarding where Willow would have seen that necklace because if Harmony gave it back to Madeline and the first half Nina got was Willow’s she would not have remembered it!
Perhaps Harmony had kept in touch with Madeline after she, Douglas, and Willow moved to the first commune; and she mailed it back to her – that’s the only thing that makes sense here, Willow possibly having been maybe three at the time and having a vague childhood memory. General Hospital viewers will remember Madeline putting the one half of the necklace in a remembrance box that was later given to Nina, the other half ending up with Nelle.

Willows necklace was in Shilos final effects. This is how Harmony was controlled by Shilo. HE NEW THE SECRET OF willow. BUT did Sirus know too. SiRUS DID threaten Harmony with willow. So….
