General Hospital Spoilers: Cameron Mathison Boasts That Drew And Willow are Daytime’s Next Super Couple

General Hospital Spoilers: Cameron Mathison Boasts That Drew And Willow are Daytime’s Next “Super Couple”General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Cameron Mathison is giving his opinion on the lightening rod romance between his character Drew Quartermaine and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Many fans are put off by the fact that Drew is carrying on with Willow while sleeping with her mom Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

Last week Cameron talked to Soap Hub at Christmas-Con and he gave this bold prediction for Drew and Willow’s future.

General Hospital Spoilers – Dillow Hard Launched

Drew and Willow’s one night of passion was hard launched to the entire Q clan at their holiday party when Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) accidentally played the nanny cam video of them naked and unafraid.

Her husband Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) told Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) that he wants to stay married to his cheating wife, but that same day he was served with her separation papers.

GH Spoilers -Tait  Willow And Drew Cain Paired Up

It looks like the show is intent on pairing Dillow, as Duell is leaving the show and Willow insisted on spending Christmas Eve with Drew.

Cameron said “I think it’s like a super couple in the making. I know everybody’s going to think I’m nuts, but just wait. You guys are going to love Willow and Drew, eventually.”

He added that “Drew has kind of a different perspective these days, from having almost dying in prison, and doing it for Carly (Laura Wright), then Carly dumping him and the Quartermaines trying to get rid of him.”

GH spoilers – Drew Cain Bowed Out

If we remember correctly, Drew gracefully bowed out of the picture once Carly’s BFF, and Drew’s brother, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) returned from the dead. But one thing is certain, and that’s that Carly wants Drew to pay for what he did to her baby boy Michael.

General Hospital Spoilers – Are Dillow the New Luke & Laura?

In what could be considered heresy to some GH fans, Cameron compared Dillow to the first soap supercouple, Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis).

He said “Think about how Luke and Laura started?” Back in 1979 Luke raped Laura on the disco floor before they became daytime’s most iconic couple. Cameron added that Luke and Laura became “the ultimate supercouple, so you never know.”

Okay now it’s your turn GH fans—are you loving or hating Willow and Drew?

    1. No way for me! Drew has slept with Willow, her Mother and her Mother-in-law. And he is far too old for Willow which is a little creepy! I’m not happy that the character Michael is being written out.

    2. Drew is a skunk that should not be with Willow. He is a player and should be written out of the story. I don’t like him and Willow together maybe he should go with her mother they make a better pair.

    3. Wow, Cameron Mathison states his character and the character of Willow a super couple ??!! 100% a huge yuck and absolutely presumptuous of not being able to read the General Hospital fan group room. His character and the way he portrays it is so unappealing. I he were the one that was leaving, absolutely fast-forward whenever his face is on the screen.

    4. That’s a hard no regarding Willow and Drew. Not sure why Cameron thinks they can be a super couple. They may become a couple but that doesn’t mean any of us are going to like it.
If Chad wasn’t leaving I think that eventually he and Willow could have become a really good couple with the right storyline.
I for one will never like Willow and Drew as a couple. They have ruined the characters for me.

    5. Drew is scum all the way. I do wish he and Willow were the ones leaving. She isn’t any better. They should leave and take her mother Nina with them.

    6. Neither of these 2 – going into this relationship – have the super couple vibe. CM said Willow and Drew starts out messy, like Luke and Laura. Bite your tongue, CM. We knew L&L’s motivations. We STILL don’t know Drew and Willow’s motivations. CM is playing the role as a sleaze – with no redeeming qualities. KM plays her role like a cult member. This relationship makes no sense. Still. If the writers insist on keeping them, if you haven’t guessed by now, I am in favor of this couple moving to DC or somewhere, never to be seen again.

    7. Drew is such a yukky turnoff that I’m like the one who said she can’t even watch Cameron on Hallmark any more. And I’m incredibly disappointed in Willow, who used to be one of my favorite characters! I certainly wish Michael wouldn’t leave, however. But Drew and Willow the next super couple??! Not on my tv! I’ll ff through every scene they have!!
