On Halloween, fans can expect everyone to react to Sam’s death. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) smiles as he agrees to do something.
Dante must not know about Sam’s death yet. Plus, Drew offers Cody a deal. Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) counsels Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) offers congratulations. Dante might tell Chase about his proposal to Sam.
Back at the hospital, Alexis screams over news of Sam’s death. Alexis was chatting with Sam one minute, then the next she was unresponsive.
Doctors might have theories about Sam’s death, but official word won’t come out until the autopsy is complete. Is this just an unfortunate medical tragedy, or is there something more sinister going on?

I’m so confused are people kelly fans or General hospital fans ? If you’re a Kelly fan then you can still see her on other projects because general hospital will continue regardless and I think with great storylines to come. It’s already been the best it’s been in a long time soooo many great things are happening I’m super excited sry Sam fans but it’s over so if you stop watching just because she’s gone well ok but I’m sure you’ll be missing out on great things to come.
Sam had a good run.I noticed a few years ago that sam lost her passion working at G.H. and who could blame her.The Real life love had died and she needs a new start as talented as sam is there is no doubt in my mind that she will find a new begining .
Come on GH, y’all should have put a stop with Willow and Drew that’s was just wrong . I hope Sasha and Michael that’s just ridiculous.
