General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, February 12, tease that Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel) will be back and feeling guilty. He tampered with the election results back in November, buying his grandmother Laura Webber (Genie Francis) more time to campaign. He’s been feeling bad about what he did ever since, and he’ll chat with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) about what to do, but he might not like Sonny’s advice, as Sonny well tell him to tell his grandmother the truth.
Meanwhile, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will bump into Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), who’s back in Port Charles for a visit. Of course, Liesl is very interested in Sasha because she knows that Sasha isn’t really Nina Reeves’ (Michelle Stafford) daughter. It looks like Liesl will try to cause a little trouble with Sasha, as she tells Sasha that she’s looking forward to getting acquainted.
Next, on the new episode of GH on Tuesday, February 12, Nina and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will bump into Maxie West (Kirsten Storms) and Peter August (Wes Ramsey) at The Metro Court. Nina will have some big news to announce to them, and to Sasha…specifically, that she and Valentin are getting married again. Maxie will try to hide her disappointment in the news.
At the police station, Drew Cain (Billy Miller) will drop by to put in a good word for Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). He’ll be appalled that Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) has arrested Franco and thinks he’s the Port Charles serial killer. Drew hasn’t always been Franco’s biggest fan, but he’ll insist to Jordan that “Franco couldn’t bring himself to take another person’s life.” Jordan will take this under advisement, as she’s been feeling that Franco may have been set up.

Meanwhile, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) will have it out with Cameron Webber (William Lipton), who will be in trouble for having an altercation at school. The two will argue about Cam’s troubles and about Franco. Elizabeth will insist angrily that “Franco didn’t do it,” but Cam will reply, “What if you’re wrong?”
Finally, on Tuesday, February 12, Laura will pay Franco a visit as he sits in jail. Laura’s not sure what to think about Franco’s guilt, but she knows that her daughter Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) wouldn’t have just randomly identified the wrong person as her attacker, either. Laura may want to hear Franco’s side of the matter.

this is my opinion Shiloh is DA ex husband. Drew is not the father of Oscar
it’s Shiloh. That’s the reason he doesn’t want Drew to get his memory back
plus Shiloh has a dirty trick up his sleeve about what happened when Drew
was a Navy seal. Kim is not Oscar’s mother the Da is Kim kidnapped Oscar from the hospital and told the Da that her baby died. Nell is going to get ahold
of Michael and make a deal if she comes clean about the baby swap and have
Michael get her out of jail. Dr o might tell Michael about the baby and Nell will
confirm it. Ava is going to find the shoe is she stupid why isn’t she looking at
it anyway if I brought home some once shoe I would take it out of the bag
and put it in the closet and probably check it to see if it’s dirty that’s what
you would do for a boyfriend since he was wearing them you would thing that
he liked that pair of shoes. Spinelli is going to get on the computer and find
out what Lulu was writing the day of her attack why hasn’t Jordan already done
that. Besides don’t they have computer people at the police station every one
has one now. Why hasn’t Lulu come to live yet and remember who attacked her usually when a person is attacked even tho they don’t know who did it
there seven sense tells them to be afraid of them. They have another Dr in
the house why didn’t Laura the good mother get him to put Lulu under
She didn’t trust Kevin so why would you let him. Ava even thinks that Franco
didn’t kill Kiki and why would he have reason
to kill the nurse. The tv guy would help him find the killer so why would
he kill either one of them. Jordan is beyond stupid and what about the
great pi Curtis? Chase? I have never seen a police station where you can
walk in and visit or talk to a person under arrest. Ava even had a gun
and was going to kill Griffin for once Franco said the truth Carly Griffin
and others they let go why Franco? What are they going to do with Griffin I wonder how he is going to leave the show. Let’s get this Sasha
done with it’s boring. Poor little Aiden can we get the bullying done
with. Spencer is going to be in trouble. That’s when Nickalos comes
back When are they going to show Morgan?
