Meghan Markle needs the royal feud to run for as long as possible. That’s because she is supposedly thinking about writing her own tell-all memoir about her experience with the royal family.

And in order to sell books, the Duchess of Sussex needs the drama to keep going. Or at least she needs for the British press to make it look like it will never end. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

As many royal fans are aware of by now, the Duchess of Sussex refuses to even step foot in the UK because she wants nothing to do with the royals.

The last time that she was in the same room with them was during Queen Elizabeth’s funeral. Things were so icy that the royals stopped Meghan from traveling to Balmoral Castle to see Queen Elizabeth one last time.

There was so much confusion at the time that Prince Harry ended up being late and missing out on seeing his grandmother altogether. 

Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams, who often has one thing or another to say about the royal family, suggested that Meghan’s supposed book might end up being more successful than Prince Harry’s memoir, Spare.

That’s because everyone is going to want to hear what Meghan has to say, and especially what she has to say about the royal family.

Royal Family News: What’s Next For The Duchess of Sussex?

He put it this way, “If this is true and it would also be a chance for Meghan to research her Nigerian ancestry, it is very bad news for the Royal Family.

This would have huge sales which would be almost guaranteed and ensure the rift remains or is widened, if that is possible.”

The royal author then added, “The Sussexes deal with Random House was reported to be a four-book deal.

However, if all they have to offer is material that involves attacks on the royal family, as this undoubtedly would, there is a limit to their appeal. In the short term, it would have huge financial benefits but, one has to ask, at what cost?”
