First of all, Harry was born in 1984. Secondly, the affair between Diana and James reportedly took place years later. Still, these facts haven’t stopped people from speculating.

Is Prince Charles The Father Of Prince Harry Or Could It Be Another Man Altogether?
James addressed the rumors in 2017 during an interview with Australia’s Channel Seven. He was asked directly if he was Harry’s father and James responded, “No, I’m not.”
He was asked some more questions since reporters like to be sure of things before moving on. He was asked why people believe this to be true, and he said, “It sells papers. It’s worse for [Harry], probably, poor chap.”
Both men have red hair which has gone a long way to keeping the rumor alive.

I think Charles is his father for sure. Same eyes very close together. The red hair is on Diana’s side, her brother, Harry’s uncle has red hair. Please leave that delightful loving young man in peace.
Only Diana probably knows. It is common knowledge that Charles was more interested Camilla and so Diana understandably found love and affection elsewhere. Charles says Harry is his that's good enough for me. The problem is Harry's own behavior. He is acting like he has no love or loyalty to his father and grandmother which will have people asking why he doesn't care about their feelings. Are Megan's feelings, wants and demands all he cares about these days? Perhaps her cold hearted attitude to her family is rubbing off on Harry? Who knows. He won't be king thank goodness so who his dad is doesn't really matter does it.
He is most definitely Charles’s son. He has features of both Charles and The Duke of Edinburgh. Everyone loves a good rumor but it is time to put this one to rest. We know Diana had affairs, due mainly to the the lack of attention she received from her Husband who has always been in love with Camilla. Their marriage was destined to fail but at least they gave us the legacy of William and Harry. Let Diana’s memory be a good one and stop this unfounded rumor once and for all.
