Spoilers say Justin will soon catch Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) in a compromising situation and run straight to Ridge who might become so angry that he immediately fires his CEO. Barber might then manipulate the situation so that he benefits.

Once Ridge talks to his father and finds out the details of what is really going on he will be shocked. Justin could manipulate him by suggesting that Eric may be having cognitive issues and that Quarter took advantage of him. He might also emphasize that Carter should have said no and kept his hands off of Quinn. In his fury Ridge could indeed kick his best friend to the curb and make Justin his CEO.
