The Young and the Restless spoilers document that there is only one person who can defeat Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) and that is his wife. He knows that Victoria Newman Locke (Amelia Heinle) has been taken by his charm. With it, he has gained the company she leads.
However, as the storyline flows, Victoria will possess the ability to dupe the man who has come to love her. Victoria can stop the Lockeness Monster cold, if mattes are presented properly and potentially without the involvement of her father.

Can love be used accurately when describing what Ashland has come to feel for Victoria? No.
Ashland arrived in Genoa City, Wisconsin with a wife. Her name was Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner). She was someone he trusted.
But, as devoted fans recall, Tara betrayed Ashland’s entire world when admitting Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) was not his son. That reveal was the turning point, allowing Ashland to openly pursue Victoria as part of a takeover plan.

Ashland will sign the Co-Chief Executive Officer agreement that Victoria submitted. Doing so will deepen the hold Ashland has steadily been gaining in the merged companies.
Hardcore fans must admit that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is capable of stopping Ashland’s progress at any time. The founder of Newman Enterprises, its top stockholder, and main Board of Directors Influencer has chosen not to, which is unusual.
Victor has repeatedly said that Ashland is a threat to the stability of the company and Victoria’s life. So, why allow a merger to become a form of takeover?

It would seem hard to imagine Victoria that will stay married to Ashland after his cancer lie is exposed. Unless there is something Victor and the audience do not know, Ashland claimed illness as part of his plan to infiltrate Newman Enterprises, using Victoria as a tool to accomplish his sinister goal.

Victoria Newman Locke for now. The moment she realizes Ashland’s manipulative intent, and despite whatever his seemingly developed emotions for her, he should be cooked.
Yes, Victoria is a full-fledged member of Team Ashland for now. But Victor has the goods on his son-in-law, which Victoria will eventually realize and turn to her advantage.
As she learned from the master, playing coy is a device Victoria can use to surprise Ashland when the time to strike arrives on Y&R.

Two wrongs don't make a right. Ashland is a sociopath to be ok with sleeping with someone who he is scamming and harming with lies and deception. Victoria sinking to his level doesn't make her any better. Any decent person would call a person out with honesty and have them arrested for fraud. To play Ashlands game is just one dog laying with another sharing fleas and bad habits. Anyone who loves dogs know they wouldn't willingly chose such a life, they appreciate being clean, warm feed and loved. That doesn't sound like Victoria, she's been enjoying biting anyone over Newman, the sickening thing is she didn't create it and doesn't own it, its Victors and he seems to want his entire family in the company but when will he realize that won't happen with nasty Victoria as CEO.

I think it’s amusing how everyone against Ashland with Victoria story as Victor and Nikki pretty much had the same one in the beginning. I hope they stay together and become one hell of a strong couple and partners
